3D models for PCB layout programs
Meanwhile many PCB layout programs are able to create wonderful 3D renderings of the PCBs. For my boards I draw all 3D models myself. And some of them I have already made available for download.

TriMod 2.0 Adapter – “IEC”, IEEE-488 and Parallel Interface for the 1541
After I presented my last TriMod adapter prototype based on CPLD, I was asked if a version could be made that would fit into a closed 1541. So I optimized the whole thing a little bit and developed a PCB.
The ZX1541 interface for the friends of through-hole components
Building the ZX1541 interface in SMD was no problem, at least as far as the space required for the given board dimensions was concerned. It was a bit more tricky to realize the whole thing with THT components with unchanged dimensions. It wasn’t easy, but in the end it worked out.
